Nicole Jones-Gerbino, former CSO, has been appointed to lead the company’s next phase of growth. Jones-Gerbino succeeds Claudia Dwyer, who successfully led company initiatives for over a decade. Dwyer will remain on the Board of Directors of PBS.
As the new President, Jones-Gerbino will oversee PBS’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and national expansion efforts. She will work closely with the executive team and employees to continue fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and dedication to the business of radiology.

Jones-Gerbino has served as Chief Strategy Officer for PBS for the last 3 years, leading strategic growth, business development, client partnerships and performance for the company through a period of substantive growth in the national arena. With over 25 years of industry experience, she has held key leadership positions in health systems and outpatient centers, consulting with some of the largest radiology practices in the country to improve their revenue cycle and financial performance. She led the launch of the third largest Medicare Accountable Care Organization in the state of California, representing over 1500 physicians.
